When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the summit, even if it reopens during your tour. In this event, you will be refunded the price of the summit access within 5-10 days. The refund will be processed automatically, so there is no need to contact Viator.
- We will do everything within our control to ensure timings and itineraries are respected. However, due to the popularity of the Eiffel Tower, we sometimes experience delays from security. In peak months (April to October), school holidays and on weekends, please expect a minimum wait time of 30mn at the first security check. In low season (November to March outside school holidays and weekends), please expect a minimum wait time of 15mn at the first security check.
